Booking & Payment

• Bookings can only be made online.
• Full payment is required on booking.
• Online payment is secure.
• Tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid locally.

Cancellation

• All reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• In the event of no-show or early departure: no refund.
• Exception: cases of force majeure or cancellation at the host's initiative.

Arrival & Departure

• Arrival between 4pm and 8pm
• Departure between 8.00 am and 11.00 am
• The room must be vacated before 10h00.

Stay & Rules

• The number of people is limited to the number indicated at the time of booking.
• It is forbidden to host or invite outside guests.
• Parties and events are prohibited.
• The establishment is non-smoking.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Respect for the premises and peace and quiet: no noise afterwards 23h00.
• Any damage caused may be invoiced.

Liability

• The establishment is not responsible for valuables left in rooms or communal areas.
• Each traveller must be covered by a public liability insurance.
• La Salamandre cannot be held responsible for incidents for which the traveller is responsible.

Personal data

• The information collected at the time of booking is necessary for the management of the stay.
• In accordance with the RGPD, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
